![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() And when you get hit and the hit animation starts to play, it lasts FOREVER and pushes you back until the animation ends, at a steady pace, knocking me into pits that I really shouldn't be knocked into. Pressing Play will cause Reicast to crash. After formatting VMUs, exit the emulator and restart if using Reicast. What happens is all animations run slow, running doesn't move Mega's feet, shooting and jumping kinda work fine I guess? Except that you need to press and hold in the direction you wanna run, and Mega runs after a full three seconds have passed. A Dreamcast soft-reset (A+B+X+Y+Start buttons at the same time) at the ROMs title screen will also take you into the Dreamcast BIOS to manage the VMUs. After that, if the game is restarted, or run second after anything else, it acts up again. Turns out that Mega Man 3 only behaves if it's the game launched immediately after my retropie boots up. Since my post I've fetched a No-Intro ROMSET for the game, and that looked like it had worked, but it turns out it didn't. I THOUGHT I'd fixed the issue, but apparently not. So I posted here earlier that I was having trouble getting Mega Man 3 to behave on my Raspberry Pi 3 running Retropie 4.1 (Latest?).
